This Month's issue of On Makeup Magazine is really sweet...and not just because I have a feature in it! Michael DeVellis and James Vincent of The Powder Group run this mag and it is truly an extension of their own professionalism and attention to detail. At The Makeup Show a few months ago, Michael asked me to shoot portraits of the industry heads, instructors, and random characters that were in attendance. If you want to see all of the portraits, or at least find yours for your myspace/facebook profile, go to my Flickr account.
I also shot a product series for the magazine. Thanks to Daven Mayeda for helping me with this series. It turned out really amazing!
Months ago I had shot a whole bunch of action images for Tippmann Pneumatics. They are a paintball equipment manufacturer and make quite possibly the most resilient and reliable paintball guns on the planet. After the pictures were done I teamd up with a friend of mine, Christopher Dilts, to create some spec ads based around a central campaign. The idea is to encourage people to spend their weekends in a more exciting way. Why mow the lawn when you can mow down 50 opposing paintball players in the woods?!

My friends over at Splat Magazine asked me to shoot some images in Huntington Beach a few weeks ago. I think I shot something like 70 people in 2 days. this issue is just the beginning. The feature in the May issue is the new Ultimates section where we combined the best back, front and mid players together. This issue features the back players. Dave Bains hates having his picture taken. Along with that was a team profile on Tampa Bay Damage, one of my favorites in the sport.
